The process
Engineering
We needed to complete a highly functional MVP version of the platform in just 8 weeks. To do that we assembled a cross-functional full-stack 5-person team. We followed agile and CI principles and had regular DEMO meetings. We also ensured the project’s stability by covering it with functional and unit tests.
Inception
The team started with a discovery phase where they clarified the project objectives and solution feasibility, analyzed potential users, and defined the key features and requirements.
Release
To ensure a rapid feedback loop we released the first version of the product in 8 weeks after the start. After the release, we continued improving the platform and adding new features.

Design
Instead of writing tons of custom CSS code, we used the Tailwind CSS library. Since the library follows a mobile-first approach - we didn't have to deal with issues connected to responsive design. Most of those were solved out of the box. Ready-made components allowed us to focus on business logic rather than the UI part, being good-looking at the same time.
