1. What Data We Collect and Why
Website visitors
When you browse our website, we collect standard analytics data — pages visited, time spent, device and browser type, and approximate location. This helps us understand how our site is used and improve it. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for this purpose.
We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving our website.
Enquiries and contact forms
When you reach out to us via a contact form, email, or by booking a call through Calendly, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, country, and the content of your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up about a potential engagement.
We process this data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Job applicants
When you apply for a position at Radency, we collect the information you submit: your CV, cover letter, contact details, work history, and any other information you choose to share. We use this solely for the purpose of evaluating your application.
We process this data on the basis of taking steps prior to entering into an employment contract.
Clients and project delivery
In the course of delivering our services, we may be granted access to client systems, codebases, databases, and related technical environments. Any personal or business data we encounter in these contexts is handled strictly for the purpose of delivering the agreed scope of work, in line with the terms of our client agreements.
We process this data on the basis of contractual necessity.
