Powerful data analysis platform that provides short-term vacation rental data and analytics from over 10 million Airbnb and Vrbo properties in 120 000 global markets. The platform aims to help real estate investors, short-term rental hosts, and property managers find profitable investment properties and maximize income potential, by leveraging historical data, real-time metrics on occupancy rates, market trends, future-looking forecasts, and revenue.
Users can access detailed reports on specific rental markets including information on occupancy rates, competition, revenue, and pricing trends.
The pricing tool allows users to adjust pricing based on demand, seasonality, day of the week, and revenue management strategies, which can help users maximize revenue from their properties.
Rental property calculator
The platform uses historical data, seasonality, and market trends to provide a forecast of future occupancy to come up with profitability projections for a specific property.
Users can view data on competitors' property performance score to see if their future occupancy, booking rate, and booking lead time is outperforming or underperforming against their competitors.
