What's Academy

Advanced 7-week software engineering course for experienced developers


Unlike many software development courses, Radency Academy caters to developers with experience in programming. To enter Academy one goes through at least 3 selection rounds from extensive test tasks to 1:1 interviews with our Senior developers.


During the Academy, developers build complex applications from scratch under the guidance of our most senior software engineers and gain practical experience in solving complex technical challenges.

Academy is also our RnD platform where we extend our tech and domain expertise. Alongside proven modern technologies we also try out new frameworks and libraries which could be further used on commercial projects.

We hire the top 1% of applicants





We attract and carefully select tech-savvy applicants with knowledge and experience in software development. 


Within the Academy students, develop advanced software products following agile processes, strict code standards, and industry best practices. Frequent performance reviews help mentors identify the best performing engineers. 


By the end of the training course, the most capable developers are offered to join the Radency team. Gained experience gives them the confidence to solve the most challenging technical problems.
