We’re built around efficiency. It’s in our name for a reason

If you’re here for the story, here it is
Senior architects who pitch and vanish. Engineers swapped around the bench like inventory. We didn't want to build more of that.
The model we admired came from law firms. Partners take the case, run it, and stay accountable from first call to final outcome (Imagine Suits, but the partners actually like each other).
So we built Radency the same way. Two founders and three delivery partners: Eduard, Bohdan, Max. Friends and colleagues we've trusted for over a decade. Each one runs their own clients end-to-end: scopes the work, picks the team, stays in the standups, owns the result. No middle layer.
We could have scaled this into an engineer factory. A lot of our peers did. You stop hiring the right people and start hiring whoever's on the bench. We weren't interested in running that company.
So we built the Certification & Accelerator instead. 1,700 engineers applied last year. Five made it in. The partners who'll lead your delivery also run the certification, so the engineer you get was personally chosen by the person who'll be accountable for their work. No CV roulette, no bench-warmers, no surprises three weeks in.
That's how we ended up working with people who shaped the tech side of Stripe, Twilio, Amazon, and Cisco, and why n8n didn't just hire our engineers, they invented roles to keep them.
If you want a vendor, the market is full of them. If you want a partner, you’ll find them here.
Our clients say we take the anxiety out of building software.
