What you'll actually learn
- Move between frontend, backend, and DevOps without losing context
- Pick up an unfamiliar stack the way you'll have to on a real team
- Work with modern tooling: Storybook, Tailwind, Docker, Prisma, Cursor
- Make architectural calls and defend them in review
- Generate, refactor, and review code with AI in the loop — not just autocomplete
- Spot the cases where AI gets it wrong and judgment has to take over
- Use AI to ship faster without trading away quality
- Build the habits that production engineers use daily, not the ones from demos
- Get code review from senior engineers who ship for a living
- Daily collaboration on the final project, not async grading
- Mid-project feedback from a partner-level architect
- Demo your work to Radency's CEO and CTO
- Daily standups, weekly demos, sprint retros
- Solve hard problems alongside senior engineers, not in isolation
- Present your work to stakeholders who aren't developers
- Operate the way a real engineering team operates — pace, review, accountability
FAQ
program?
Engineers with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript or .NET. We're looking for developers ready to level up through intensive, mentored project work.
The certification program is free. At the final stage, you work on a project that is very close to the real one, but it’s not commercial. The real value is hands-on experience and the chance to get hired right after. Top performers are often hired within 24 hours and join clients’ projects.
The program consists of 5 structured stages and lasts around 9 weeks. The final project, which simulates a real client assignment, takes ~4 weeks to complete. Each stage is designed to prepare you for team-based, real-world engineering workflows.
Absolutely! All collaboration, mentorship, and demos are conducted online. You’ll join a Discord community, participate in daily stand-ups, submit projects, and receive mentor feedback remotely. You can take part from anywhere in the world, as long as you can commit the required time.
There are no theoretical lectures on the program, everything’s 100% practical. Mentors guide you, unblock issues, give personalized feedback, and review your code. This approach ensures that by the end of the program, you’re ready to work on client projects with true accountability.
