Bridge the gap between

knowing and doing

You already know how to code. But engineering goes beyond that. It’s architecture, teamwork, and real product thinking. Most internships skip this part. We don’t.

"You can teach syntax. You can't teach judgment. Everything in this program is built to surface whether someone has it, before they ever touch a client codebase."

Pick the tech stack you

want to grow in

Your development journey

We won't ask you to pass abstract tests. You'll show your skills through deliverables. Five stages, built around real client conditions
Registration and onboarding
  • Fill in the registration form.
  • Submit your CV and GitHub links (if any).
  • Join our Discord channel.

Duration: immediate

The registration window typically lasts around 2 weeks, so plan accordingly.

Tech project 1
  • Build a small, real-world project.
  • Submit a link to your code repository.
  • Provide a short Loom video where you explain what you did and how.

Duration: 1-2 weeks

88% of applicants didn’t make it past this stage last time, so give it your best shot.

Tech project 2
  • Extend your first project or tackle a new challenge.
  • Work independently, showing problem-solving and technical ability.
  • Submit a link to your code repository.

Duration: 1 week

Think of it as leveling up: solid work here sets you up for the final project.

Interview
  • Have a quick conversation with a mentor.
  • Demonstrate your English communication skills.
  • Discuss expectations, teamwork style, and your readiness for the final project.

Duration: Scheduled within 1 week; the actual interview lasts ~15 minutes.

Prove you are the one to join the Radency team after the internship.

Final project
  • Build a full-stack project with backend, frontend, database, and integrations.
  • Participate in daily standups and weekly demos, often visited by CEO, CTO, or designer.
  • Showcase your work in the final demo to the Radency CEO.

Duration: 4 weeks

At this stage, top performers may get hired immediately.

Built on results, not promises

Every stage runs the way our delivery teams work: sprints, demos, code review. The setup is real. The projects are practice

grow as an engineer
“This was more than just coding tasks. It was about understanding how to build and scale real-world systems with accountability and ownership.”

Don't see your use case?

These are our most common projects. If you have a process that's repetitive, data-heavy, or requires intelligent decision-making, we can probably automate it with AI.

What you'll actually learn

Most programs teach you to write code. This one teaches you to ship it, in a team, with AI in the loop, in front of senior engineers who'll tell you what's not working
01
Full-stack judgment
  • Move between frontend, backend, and DevOps without losing context
  • Pick up an unfamiliar stack the way you'll have to on a real team
  • Work with modern tooling: Storybook, Tailwind, Docker, Prisma, Cursor
  • Make architectural calls and defend them in review
02
AI as a working tool
  • Generate, refactor, and review code with AI in the loop — not just autocomplete
  • Spot the cases where AI gets it wrong and judgment has to take over
  • Use AI to ship faster without trading away quality
  • Build the habits that production engineers use daily, not the ones from demos
03
Real engineering review
  • Get code review from senior engineers who ship for a living
  • Daily collaboration on the final project, not async grading
  • Mid-project feedback from a partner-level architect
  • Demo your work to Radency's CEO and CTO
04
Working in a team
  • Daily standups, weekly demos, sprint retros
  • Solve hard problems alongside senior engineers, not in isolation
  • Present your work to stakeholders who aren't developers
  • Operate the way a real engineering team operates — pace, review, accountability

FAQ

01
Who can apply for this certification
program?

Engineers with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript or .NET. We're looking for developers ready to level up through intensive, mentored project work.

02
Is this a paid certification program?

The certification program is free. At the final stage, you work on a project that is very close to the real one, but it’s not commercial. The real value is hands-on experience and the chance to get hired right after. Top performers are often hired within 24 hours and join clients’ projects.

03
How long is the program?

The program consists of 5 structured stages and lasts around 9 weeks. The final project, which simulates a real client assignment, takes ~4 weeks to complete. Each stage is designed to prepare you for team-based, real-world engineering workflows.

04
Can I participate remotely?

Absolutely! All collaboration, mentorship, and demos are conducted online. You’ll join a Discord community, participate in daily stand-ups, submit projects, and receive mentor feedback remotely. You can take part from anywhere in the world, as long as you can commit the required time.

05
Do mentors teach during the program?

There are no theoretical lectures on the program, everything’s 100% practical. Mentors guide you, unblock issues, give personalized feedback, and review your code. This approach ensures that by the end of the program, you’re ready to work on client projects with true accountability.
