The client was operating in one of the most competitive product environments in fintech. Their trading platform was live, used by customers, and continuously evolving. At the same time, they needed to expand into capital-raising, a significantly more complex layer involving compliance, payments, and new user flows. The constraint wasn’t just capacity. The internal team was fully occupied with the core system. Any slowdown risked affecting a live product in a highly competitive market.

Radency engineers built a capital-raising system that went live as part of the client's trading platform. We developed a complete onboarding flow for issuers with KYB verification, company setup, document management, and full integration into the trading system. The results convinced the client to package it as a white-label product

When a new company registers on the platform, it enters key information and uploads required documents. We created a smooth signup flow that captures all data needed for compliance and trading.

Every company on the platform undergoes strict verification. Our developers built a secure KYB system to gather company details, verify ownership structures, and check all submitted docs for authenticity.

Secure transactions

Once a company is verified, it can issue shares, while investors can purchase them. We integrated the platform with banks and payment providers, like Stripe, for fast and secure transfers from investors’ accounts.

White-label solution

Radency developers helped the client launch a white-label solution for primary share issuance. This way, other organizations can use the solution under their own branding, with custom design and feature configurations.

Intuitive UI design

Complex capital-raising workflows become simple with a clear interface. All important data, like stock charts, opening and closing prices, open orders, bid and ask prices, and more, is available within one dashboard.

We developed an open API that allows other companies to integrate with the client’s trading system. Partners can access real-time data on assets or fundraising campaigns, and display it on their own websites or apps.
